Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

Free express shipping on all Australian orders over $80. Australian orders $79.95 and under will incur a $9.95 shipping fee. 

Free express shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150. New Zealand orders $149.95 and under will incur a $9.95 shipping fee. 

Orders are collected twice a week from our warehouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once collected, delivery times are as follows:

2 - 3 days to metro areas

3 - 4 days to regional areas and New Zealand

Please note: we are experiencing some shipping delays due to COVID-19. Please allow up to 7 working days for your delivery. 

Please be aware that deliveries may incur a short delay due to current circumstances.

To guarantee delivery we recommend sending the somewhere where someone will be present to receive it between 9am-5pm. If no-one is at at your delivery address to receive your order, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick up.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where possible and at least one contact telephone number.

International:

Maive & Bo ship directly to New Zealand for a flat rate of $9.95. Delivery to New Zealand can take between 2-5 working days. Shipping to other countries is also available and fees are calculated at checkout. 

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking is available for your parcel. A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. We also encourage you to include a phone number on your order should we need to contact you about your delivery.

* Postal charge may not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please note, if you do not respond to correspondence with customs your parcel may be delayed. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details

International returns: international purchases are not available for exchange. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to our Australian address for a refund of the cost of the dress only. Maive & Bo will not be held responsible for return shipping to Australia.  

 

RETURNS POLICY

Item(s) must be unworn, in original sale condition with tags attached and not purchased on sale to be considered eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. If your item(s) do not meet these requirements, Maive & Bo reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit.

We are unable to exchange, refund or provide store credit for sale items purchased online at any time.

If you're returning an item from an address outside of Australia, you must first contact orders@maiveandbo before sending your item(s) to Maive & Bo Returns: Parcel Collect 10098 97465, Shop 35-36 159 Osborne Road MITCHELTON QLD 4053.

  • We will happily exchange, refund or issue a store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Return Postage will not be covered by Maive & Bo. 
  • First exchange item: Once your item is received by Maive & Bo, Maive & Bo will cover the postage cost to send your new item to you
  • Further exchange item(s) will incur an additional flat $10 fee
  • The item must be unworn, in original sale condition with tags attached and not purchased on sale to be considered eligible for exchange, refund or store credit. If your items do not meet these requirements, Maive & Bo reserves the right to refuse a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Swimsuits must have all hygienic stickers still attached to the garment. We recommend trying on the garment with underwear immediately after receiving. We will not accept any swimwear for returns without the hygienic sticker attached. 
  • Purchases made through Afterpay are not eligible for refund but can receive an exchange or store credit. 
  • We are unable to exchange, refund or provide store credit for sale items purchased online at any time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns: international purchases are not available for exchange. Should you be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to our Australian address for a refund of the cost of the dress only. Maive & Bo will not be held responsible for return shipping to Australia.  

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS

    If the product is deemed faulty or the incorrect product has been sent out, Maive & Bo will refund the full amount (excluding original shipping) and/or exchange, replace or offer a store credit upon receipt/confirmation of the faulty goods.

    We kindly ask when returning a garment to fold back into plastic slip for return postage and the care of garment. Please do not try on garments with strong perfumes. Thank you.
